Irish Festival of Wellington
Every
year we have opened our premises for the day, and welcomed all
who wanted to celebrate their Irishness. It is always a long day,
full of good music and company, good food, and, of course, fine
'craic'. If you're in the area on March 17, why not drop in and
see us?
From 1995 The Wellington Irish Festival Trust has
co-ordinated a festival of Irish culture, centered around St Patrick's
Day.
Unfortunately, the Trust has ceased to operate,
so the Festival is now centred on the activities of the three
local Irish Societies, Hutt Valley, Kapiti,
and Wellington.
