St Patrick's Day

There are 4 certainties in life:

♣ taxes
♣ death
♣ that the Hutt Valley Irish Society comes out to celebrate St Patrick's Day, and
♣ we'll have photos to prove it!

So, have a look at the 2011 photos

St Patrick's Day is a high point in the life of all Irish societies, around the world.

March 17 each year is a busy time, as we celebrate what is Ireland's National Day in the style in which the Hutt Valley Irish Society excels.

We generally open by mid-day, serving lunch, and then on right throughout the day until we all have to go home the following morning!

We have live music through the evening, to help us stretch our vocal chords.

It's always grand craic!

And "a little bit of Ireland in the Heart of Lower Hutt".

If you missed this year, you missed out; make sure you don’t next year.

After all, it's never too late to be Irish !!
